  6. Take ownership of projects and drive them from conception to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  8. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
  9. Continuously improve and optimize our cloud infrastructure to ensure maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  10. Proactively identify and suggest solutions to potential problems or obstacles.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback.
  12. Stay organized and maintain clear documentation of processes, procedures, and project plans.
  13. Adhere to best practices and coding standards to ensure high-quality and maintainable code.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With Cloud Native Infrastructure: A Senior Software Engineer At Bytedance Should Have A Strong Background In Developing And Maintaining Cloud Native Infrastructure, Including Experience With Popular Cloud Platforms Such As Aws, Google Cloud, Or Azure.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages: Candidates Should Be Well-Versed In Programming Languages Such As Java, Python, Or Go, And Have Experience With Containerization Technologies Like Docker And Kubernetes.
