4. Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and trends, and propose new ideas and improvements to enhance our products.
5. Mentor and lead junior frontend engineers, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
7. Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
8. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high coding standards.
9. Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic.
10. Continuously improve and maintain existing frontend codebase, ensuring clean, efficient, and reusable code.
11. Develop and maintain technical documentation for frontend systems and processes.
12. Proactively identify and solve technical challenges, and propose innovative solutions to improve product functionality and user experience.
13. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management to provide updates on project progress and escalate any issues or concerns.
14. Adhere to company coding standards and best practices, and contribute to the development and implementation of new standards.
15. Participate in recruitment efforts to attract top frontend engineering talent to the team.
