- Oversee the financial management of the E-Commerce division, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the growth and success of the E-Commerce division.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for cost reduction and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives and ensure financial goals are aligned with overall company objectives.
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to e-commerce and finance, and make recommendations for adjustments to business strategies.
- Work closely with senior leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations for decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial operations and increase efficiency.
- Communicate financial performance and projections to stakeholders, including presenting to the executive team and board of directors.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Finance And Accounting, Preferably In The E-Commerce Industry
Strong Understanding Of Financial Planning And Analysis, Budgeting, And Forecasting
Experience With E-Commerce Platforms And Payment Systems
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.
