  • Provide technical support and assistance to B2B clients using ByteDance's Pico SDK
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or challenges that clients may encounter during the integration and usage of the SDK
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide prompt and efficient solutions
  • Work closely with the development team to identify and address any bugs or performance issues in the SDK
  • Collaborate with the business development team to understand client requirements and provide technical guidance on the usage of the SDK
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and enhancements to the Pico SDK and proactively share this information with clients
  • Document and maintain a knowledge base of common issues and their solutions to improve the efficiency of technical support
  • Conduct training sessions for clients on how to use the SDK effectively and troubleshoot common issues
  • Participate in on-call support rotations to provide 24/7 technical assistance to clients, if required
  • Continuously seek feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and suggest new features or enhancements to the SDK
  • Represent ByteDance in a professional and knowledgeable manner, fostering strong relationships with clients and contributing to the company's overall reputation in the industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Technical Skills: A Successful Sdk Support Engineer Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Software Development, Programming Languages, And Sdk Integration. They Should Also Be Proficient In Troubleshooting And Debugging Technical Issues.
