  1. Conduct cutting-edge research in machine learning and natural language processing.
  2. Collaborate with team members to develop and improve the Foundation Model.
  3. Stay updated with the latest advancements and techniques in AI and incorporate them into the research.

  5. Develop new algorithms and models to enhance the performance of the Foundation Model.

  11. Collaborate with external research organizations and universities to foster partnerships and exchange knowledge.
  12. Adhere to company standards and ethical practices in all research activities.
  13. Contribute to the overall research strategy of the company and provide insights for future research projects.
  14. Participate in conferences, workshops, and other industry events to represent ByteDance and showcase our research efforts.

Job Qualifications

  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field: A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In A Field Such As Computer Science, Data Science, Or Statistics Is Typically Required For A Research Scientist Position At Bytedance. A Phd Is Preferred.

  • Strong Research Background: Candidates Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Conducting High-Quality Research, With Publications In Top-Tier Conferences Or Journals. They Should Also Have Experience In Designing And Executing Experiments And Analyzing Data.
