  1. Conduct research and experiments to drive the self-evolution of our agents using cutting-edge AI technology.
  2. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop innovative solutions and techniques for agent self-evolution.
  3. Utilize machine learning and data analysis skills to analyze large datasets and identify patterns and trends.
  4. Continuously stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and related fields and apply them to improve our products.
  5. Design and implement experiments to evaluate the performance of our agent self-evolution methods.
  6. Develop and maintain tools and frameworks for data collection, processing, and visualization.
  7. Communicate research findings and insights to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  8. Contribute to the development of patents, research papers, and other publications.
  9. Collaborate with product teams to understand user needs and incorporate them into the development of AI-driven products.
  10. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and propose new ideas and approaches to enhance the self-evolution of our agents.
  11. Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical support and assistance when needed.

Job Qualifications

  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field: A Research Scientist - Driven Agent Self-Evolution At Bytedance Should Possess A Ph.d. Or Equivalent Degree In Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Background In Machine Learning And Neural Networks: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Machine Learning Techniques, Including Neural Networks, And Be Able To Apply Them To Agent Self-Evolution.

  • Experience With Large-Scale Data Analysis: Bytedance Deals With Massive Amounts Of Data, And The Research Scientist Should Have Experience In Handling And Analyzing Large Datasets.
