- Conduct rigorous testing and analysis of our global payment products to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and user experience.
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance processes and procedures to identify and resolve any issues or glitches in our payment technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to ensure all aspects of our payment products meet quality standards and requirements.
- Monitor and track performance metrics and provide regular reports on the quality of our payment products to stakeholders.
- Continuously research and stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in the payment space to improve our quality assurance processes.
- Investigate and troubleshoot any reported bugs or issues with our payment products and work towards finding and implementing solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure our payment products meet user requirements and expectations.
- Communicate and collaborate with third-party vendors and partners to ensure their integrations with our payment products meet quality standards.
- Train and educate fellow team members on quality assurance processes and best practices to maintain a high level of quality across our payment products.
- Actively participate in team meetings and provide valuable insights and suggestions to improve the overall quality of our payment products.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of International Payment Regulations And Compliance Standards.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Quality Assurance For Global Payment Systems.
Experience With Testing And Validating Payment Processes And Systems Across Multiple Countries And Currencies.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Keen Attention To Detail And Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment.
