- Develop and implement policies and processes for the Early Careers division at ByteDance.
- Ensure that all policies and processes align with the company's mission, values, and culture.
- Continuously review and update policies and processes to ensure they are effective and relevant.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and insights on policies and processes, and make necessary adjustments.
- Create a positive and inclusive work environment for early career employees.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on company policies and processes.
- Monitor compliance with policies and processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of policies and processes.
- Lead initiatives to streamline processes and increase efficiency within the Early Careers division.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding policy and process-related inquiries.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to early career programs.
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure all policies and processes are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors related to early career programs.
- Foster a culture of innovation and growth within the Early Careers division.
- Serve as a mentor and advocate for early career employees, supporting their professional development and success.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Program Management, With A Focus On Process And Policy Development.
Strong Understanding Of Early Career Recruitment And Development Strategies.
Proven Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Experience In Implementing And Managing Policies And Procedures In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
