  1. Develop and implement policies and processes for the Early Careers division at ByteDance.
  2. Ensure that all policies and processes align with the company's mission, values, and culture.
  3. Continuously review and update policies and processes to ensure they are effective and relevant.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and insights on policies and processes, and make necessary adjustments.
  5. Create a positive and inclusive work environment for early career employees.
  6. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on company policies and processes.
  7. Monitor compliance with policies and processes and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of policies and processes.
  9. Lead initiatives to streamline processes and increase efficiency within the Early Careers division.
  10. Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding policy and process-related inquiries.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to early career programs.
  12. Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure all policies and processes are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  13. Manage relationships with external partners and vendors related to early career programs.
  14. Foster a culture of innovation and growth within the Early Careers division.
  15. Serve as a mentor and advocate for early career employees, supporting their professional development and success.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Program Management, With A Focus On Process And Policy Development.

  • Proven Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Experience In Implementing And Managing Policies And Procedures In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
