  4. Develop and prioritize product roadmaps and feature sets based on business objectives and user needs.
  5. Define and analyze key metrics to track the performance and success of the customer service platform.
  6. Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior management.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to inform product strategy and development.
  8. Identify and manage risks and issues related to product development and deployment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Customer Service Platforms: A Product Manager Leader At Bytedance Must Have A Deep Understanding Of Customer Service Platforms, Including Their Features, Functionality, And Best Practices.
