- Develop and implement strategies and plans for the Corporate Information System, in alignment with the overall company goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of product managers to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch maintenance.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to ensure effective and efficient product development.
- Create and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on business needs and market demands.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the Corporate Information System.
- Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior management and other departments.
