1. Process and maintain accurate and timely payroll for employees in Vietnam, Thailand, and Australia/New Zealand.
2. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal payroll regulations and laws.
3. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting and reconciliation of payroll data.
4. Conduct regular audits and reviews of payroll data to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
5. Provide support and guidance to employees on payroll-related inquiries and issues.
6. Maintain and update payroll records and employee data in a timely and confidential manner.
7. Keep up to date with changes in payroll regulations and processes to ensure compliance.
8. Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve and streamline payroll processes.
9. Prepare payroll reports and analysis as needed for management and other stakeholders.
10. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all payroll processes and procedures.
11. Assist in the implementation and management of new payroll systems and processes.
12. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
13. Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to payroll processes.
14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
