  4. Assist in the development and maintenance of trust and safety policies and procedures.
  5. Investigate user reports and escalate any potential violations or concerns.
  6. Participate in training and development activities to enhance knowledge and skills related to trust and safety.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to trust and safety.
  8. Provide support and guidance to other team members as needed.
  9. Assist in the creation and maintenance of reports and metrics to track platform performance.
  10. Communicate with users and respond to inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Act as a representative of ByteDance, promoting our commitment to safety and trust.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
