- Lead and manage a team of trainers and training coordinators to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality training programs to employees across various departments.
- Develop training plans and strategies to meet the company's objectives and goals.
- Create and maintain training schedules and coordinate with department leaders to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary changes and improvements to enhance employee learning and development.
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and develop customized training programs to address specific areas of improvement.
- Coordinate with external training providers to bring in specialized training programs and workshops.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to training and development.
- Monitor and track training budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Continuously evaluate and improve training processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in training and development to bring innovative ideas and strategies to the team.
- Represent the company at events and conferences related to training and development.
- Collaborate with other team leads and departments to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach towards employee development.
- Uphold the company's values and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Extensive Training Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Training Operations, Preferably In A Leadership Role. They Should Be Well-Versed In Developing And Delivering Effective Training Programs, Managing Training Teams, And Evaluating Training Effectiveness.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Team Lead, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Guide Team Members, Manage Conflicts, And Make Critical Decisions. They Should Also Have Experience In Setting Performance Goals And Providing Feedback To Team Members.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Training Methodologies: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Training Methodologies, Including Instructor-Led Training, E-Learning, And Blended Learning. They Should Be Able To Identify The Most Suitable Training Approach For Different Learning Needs And Evaluate The Effectiveness Of Training Programs.
Familiarity With Technology: Bytedance Is A Technology-Driven Company, And The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Technology And Its Application In Training. They Should Be Familiar With Learning Management Systems, Virtual Training Tools, And Other Training Platforms.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Candidate Should Have Exceptional Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, To Effectively Convey Training Information To Team Members And Other Stakeholders.
