Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Japan Sales Operation Manager -Lark to join ByteDance’s team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting and execution of sales operations activities in the Japan market. We are looking for an individual who is results-driven and has excellent communication and problem-solving skills.The ideal candidate for this role must have a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field, as well as 5+ years of experience in sales operations in the Japan market. Knowledge of the Japanese language and culture is a must. Additionally, the candidate should have strong quantitative skills and experience in forecasting, budgeting and financial modeling.If you are passionate about sales operations and have the necessary skills to help us drive success in the Japan market, we would love to hear from you!
