1. Monitor and analyze security events and alerts to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities
2. Conduct regular security assessments and risk analysis to identify areas of improvement
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain security measures
4. Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards
5. Conduct regular security audits and penetration testing to ensure compliance
6. Investigate and respond to security incidents, including conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
7. Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and emerging threats to continuously improve security protocols
8. Train and educate employees on security best practices and procedures
9. Manage and maintain security tools and systems, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and anti-virus software
10. Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans
11. Monitor and enforce compliance with security policies and procedures
12. Communicate with management and stakeholders about security risks and recommendations for improvement
13. Participate in incident response and crisis management activities as needed
14. Collaborate with external security vendors and partners as necessary
15. Continuously assess and improve security operations processes and procedures.
