  1. Monitor and analyze network traffic and system logs to identify potential security threats or vulnerabilities.
  2. Implement and maintain security tools and systems to protect against cyber attacks and unauthorized access.
  3. Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify and address any weaknesses or gaps in our security protocols.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats, trends, and technologies to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain security best practices and procedures.
  6. Investigate and respond to security incidents, including performing forensic analysis and remediation.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation of security policies, procedures, and incident response plans.
  8. Conduct security awareness training for employees to ensure compliance with security protocols.
  9. Participate in the development and testing of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  10. Communicate security risks and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
  11. Proactively identify and address potential security vulnerabilities in new or existing systems and applications.
  12. Work with external vendors and partners to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
  13. Participate in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new security technologies.
  14. Provide regular reports on the status of security operations and potential risks to relevant stakeholders.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information and systems.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Knowledge Of Network And System Security Protocols: This Includes Understanding Of Firewalls, Intrusion Detection And Prevention Systems, Network Access Control, And Other Security Tools.

  • Experience With Security Incident Response And Management: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Identifying And Responding To Security Incidents, As Well As Managing The Overall Incident Response Process.

  • Familiarity With Industry Compliance Standards: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Industry Compliance Standards Such As Pci-Dss, Hipaa, And Gdpr, And Be Able To Ensure Compliance Within The Organization.

  • Proficiency In Security Tools And Technologies: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Using Security Tools And Technologies Such As Vulnerability Scanners, Penetration Testing Tools, And Log Analysis Tools.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Be Able To Identify And Troubleshoot Security Issues Effectively. They Should Also Be Able To Think Strategically And Proactively To Prevent Potential Security Threats.
