  1. Manage and resolve IT incidents in a timely and efficient manner to minimize disruption to business operations.
  2. Monitor and track all reported incidents, ensuring proper escalation and communication to stakeholders.
  3. Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and implement preventive measures.
  4. Develop and maintain incident management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to recurring IT incidents.
  6. Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices to continuously improve incident management processes.
  7. Act as the main point of contact for all IT incident-related inquiries and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  8. Identify and analyze incident data to identify patterns and areas for improvement.
  9. Manage and maintain incident management tools and systems to ensure accurate and efficient incident tracking and resolution.
  10. Train and mentor team members on incident management processes and procedures.
  11. Participate in on-call rotation schedule to provide 24/7 support for critical incidents.
  12. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to resolve complex IT incidents.
  13. Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement system enhancements and updates to prevent future incidents.
  14. Continuously monitor and analyze system performance to proactively identify potential IT incidents and take necessary actions to prevent them.
  15. Ensure compliance with security protocols and information security policies in all incident management activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Incident Management Or A Related It Field.

  • Knowledge Of Itil Framework And Experience Implementing Incident Management Processes.

  • Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Handle High-Pressure Situations And Manage Multiple Incidents Simultaneously.

  • Experience Managing And Leading A Team Of It Professionals, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Resolving Complex Incidents In A Timely Manner.
