- Manage and resolve IT incidents in a timely and efficient manner to minimize disruption to business operations.
- Monitor and track all reported incidents, ensuring proper escalation and communication to stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and implement preventive measures.
- Develop and maintain incident management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to recurring IT incidents.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices to continuously improve incident management processes.
- Act as the main point of contact for all IT incident-related inquiries and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and analyze incident data to identify patterns and areas for improvement.
- Manage and maintain incident management tools and systems to ensure accurate and efficient incident tracking and resolution.
- Train and mentor team members on incident management processes and procedures.
- Participate in on-call rotation schedule to provide 24/7 support for critical incidents.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to resolve complex IT incidents.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement system enhancements and updates to prevent future incidents.
- Continuously monitor and analyze system performance to proactively identify potential IT incidents and take necessary actions to prevent them.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and information security policies in all incident management activities.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Incident Management Or A Related It Field.
Knowledge Of Itil Framework And Experience Implementing Incident Management Processes.
Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Handle High-Pressure Situations And Manage Multiple Incidents Simultaneously.
Experience Managing And Leading A Team Of It Professionals, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Resolving Complex Incidents In A Timely Manner.
