  1. Manage HR operations and processes: The HR Operations Advisor will be responsible for managing all HR operations and processes, including but not limited to employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and HR data management.
  2. Provide support to employees: The HR Operations Advisor will serve as the first point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters such as benefits, policies, and procedures.
  3. Ensure compliance: The HR Operations Advisor will ensure that all HR processes and policies are compliant with local and federal regulations and company standards.
  4. Maintain HR records: It will be the responsibility of the HR Operations Advisor to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, performance evaluations, and training records.
  5. Assist with recruitment and onboarding: The HR Operations Advisor will assist with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing offer letters. They will also support the onboarding process for new employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hr Operations Or Related Hr Role.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Handle Complex Hr Data And Metrics.
