- Develop and implement a comprehensive training program to educate employees on ByteDance's organizational culture, values, and behaviors.
- Design and facilitate workshops, seminars, and other training sessions to promote a shared sense of purpose and unity among employees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment of organizational culture across all departments and offices.
- Develop mechanisms and tools to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of the training program and make necessary improvements.
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry best practices for organizational culture development and training.
- Serve as a cultural liaison and resource for employees, providing guidance and support on cross-cultural communication and understanding.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to identify and address cultural challenges and develop strategies for improving cultural integration and diversity.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance the training program and resources.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to organizational culture and diversity.
- Continuously monitor and assess the organizational culture to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
