Global HR Program Manager

1. Develop and implement global HR strategy and programs to support the company's growth and promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
2. Collaborate with HR teams across different regions to ensure consistency and alignment with company goals and values.
3. Manage all aspects of HR programs, including but not limited to employee engagement, talent development, performance management, diversity and inclusion, and employee wellness.
4. Monitor and analyze key HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
5. Stay updated on global HR trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate HR programs.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and business leaders to understand their needs and provide effective HR solutions.
7. Lead and manage global HR projects, including coordinating cross-functional teams, setting project timelines, and ensuring successful project delivery.
8. Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations in all HR programs and processes.
9. Provide guidance and support to HR teams in different regions to ensure consistency and effectiveness in implementing HR programs.
10. Support the recruitment and onboarding processes for global positions, ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with company values.
11. Identify training and development needs for HR teams and collaborate with Learning and Development to design and deliver relevant training programs.
12. Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion by promoting and supporting initiatives that create a diverse and inclusive workplace.
13. Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting our values and culture both internally and externally.
14. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to stay informed and connected with the global HR community.
15. Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
