  1. Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the growth and success of the e-commerce business.
  2. Oversee and manage all financial operations for the e-commerce team, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth within the e-commerce business.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and finance to inform financial decisions.
  5. Lead financial analysis and reporting to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  6. Proactively identify potential financial risks and develop mitigation plans.
  7. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
  8. Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  9. Communicate and present financial information and updates to key stakeholders and executives.
  10. Work closely with the e-commerce team to identify and evaluate new business opportunities.
  11. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to drive business growth and success.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  13. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including vendors and financial institutions.
  14. Represent the e-commerce finance team in company meetings and events.
  15. Act as a key advisor to senior management on financial matters related to the e-commerce business.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Finance And Accounting: The Finance Director, E-Commerce At Bytedance Should Have A Strong Background In Finance And Accounting, With At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In A Senior Finance Role.
