7. Develop and implement emergency protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our employees.
8. Manage office space planning and allocation, working closely with department heads to accommodate growth and changes in business needs.
9. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility management, including contracts, invoices, and maintenance schedules.
10. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in facilities management to continually improve our processes and procedures.
