Facilities and Operation Manager

We’re looking for a motivated Facilities and Operations Manager to join the team at ByteDance and support the day-to-day operations of our corporate office. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly. The successful candidate will have a passion for creating and maintaining an efficient and productive work environment, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-evolving setting.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You should also have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff. A background or experience in facilities or operations management is a major plus.
