- Develop and implement a comprehensive executive talent acquisition strategy for the company.
- Identify, source, and attract top executive-level talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future executive roles.
- Conduct thorough screenings and assessments of potential candidates to ensure they meet the company's standards and culture.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Utilize market trends and industry knowledge to advise hiring managers on talent acquisition strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with executive-level candidates to build a strong talent network.
- Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires.
- Develop and track key recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve the talent acquisition process.
- Represent the company at job fairs, conferences, and other recruitment events.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting its culture, values, and opportunities to potential candidates.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A High-Growth And Fast-Paced Environment.
Strong Understanding Of The Digital And Tech Industry, With A Focus On Software Engineering And Product Roles.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Sourcing, Attracting, And Hiring Top Executive-Level Talent.
Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Senior Leaders And External Stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business, Or A Related Field, With A Certification In Recruiting Or Talent Acquisition Preferred.
