- Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to meet the company's hiring needs.
- Build and maintain a strong network of executive-level candidates and industry contacts.
- Utilize various recruiting methods such as job boards, social media, and networking events to attract top talent.
- Conduct thorough and effective candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on the talent acquisition process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with executive search firms and other external recruiting partners.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, talent market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform recruiting strategies.
- Monitor and analyze talent acquisition metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
- Provide regular updates and reports on talent acquisition activities and progress to senior leadership.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation and attract top talent.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the company's executive talent acquisition strategies to support the organization's growth and success.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Various Recruitment Methods, Including Social Media, Job Boards, And Employee Referrals.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Sourcing And Hiring Executive-Level Candidates.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With High-Level Executives.
