
Event Services Coordinator and Business Development Lead

- Plan and coordinate all aspects of company events, including but not limited to conferences, networking events, product launches, and corporate functions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, vendors, and event industry professionals to ensure successful execution of events.
- Research and identify potential new event opportunities and partnerships to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement event strategies and objectives aligned with company goals.
- Manage event budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Oversee event logistics, such as venue selection, catering, audio-visual needs, and transportation.
- Create and distribute event marketing materials, such as invitations, ads, and social media posts.
- Maintain accurate event attendance and budget reports, providing regular updates to management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and potential clients to drive business development opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business prospects through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective business development strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness and drive business growth.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution and business development initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve event and business development processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Event Planning And Coordination.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Business Development And Sales Experience.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Clients And Team Members.
Proficiency In Project Management Software And Microsoft Office Suite.
