
Campus Recruiting Partner - Early Careers and Academic Partnership
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Campus Recruiting Partner - Early Careers and Academic Partnership at ByteDance. - Identify and develop partnerships with universities and colleges: The primary responsibility of this role is to establish and maintain relationships with top academic institutions to attract and hire the best early career talent for ByteDance.
- Plan and execute recruiting strategies: The Campus Recruiting Partner will be responsible for creating and implementing effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent from universities and colleges. This includes attending career fairs, hosting information sessions, and coordinating on-campus interviews.
- Represent ByteDance at recruitment events: This role will involve representing ByteDance at various recruitment events such as job fairs, career workshops, and networking events. The candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively showcase the company and its opportunities to potential candidates.
- Source and screen candidates: The Campus Recruiting Partner will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for early career programs, such as internships and graduate roles. This may involve reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and providing recommendations to hiring managers.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates: It is essential for the candidate to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to create a talent pipeline for future opportunities. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders: The Campus Recruiting Partner will work closely with hiring managers, HR, and other internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Stay updated on industry trends: The candidate should stay updated on industry trends, specifically within the early career recruitment space. This includes understanding the latest campus recruiting strategies, technologies, and best practices to attract and hire top talent.
- Promote diversity and inclusion: The Campus Recruiting Partner should be committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in the recruiting process. This includes actively seeking out diverse candidates and creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all candidates during the
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
2-3 Years Of Experience In Campus Recruiting Or University Relations, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Campus Recruiting Strategies And Best Practices, Including Experience With Internship Programs And Campus Events.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Both Students And University Faculty.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting Recruitment Goals And Driving Diversity And Inclusion Initiatives Within A Campus Recruiting Program.
