
Benefits Program Manager - HR Operations - AMS

- Develop and implement effective benefits programs and initiatives that align with company objectives and employee needs.
- Manage and administer all aspects of the company's benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in benefits program management to continuously improve and enhance the company's offerings.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure the benefits programs are cost-effective and within budget.
- Communicate and educate employees on the company's benefits programs, including eligibility, enrollment, and changes.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns related to benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to benefits programs.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of benefits programs to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Work with vendors and external partners to negotiate and manage contracts for benefits services.
- Analyze data and metrics to track the success and utilization of benefits programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement employee wellness initiatives.
- Participate in the recruitment and training of new HR team members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to benefits programs.
- Continuously evaluate and streamline processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for employees, promoting a culture of well-being and support.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Benefits Program Management, Preferably In A Fast-Paced And Global Organization.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Operations, Specifically In Benefits Administration And Compliance.
Experience With Hr Systems And Tools, Such As Workday, To Manage And Track Benefits Programs.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
