Benefits Operations Specialist, APAC

3. Manage the day-to-day administration of employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
4. Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries and issues, providing timely and accurate resolutions.
5. Monitor benefit plan utilization and costs, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to senior management.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in employee benefits, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance our offerings.
7. Work closely with external vendors and brokers to negotiate competitive rates and ensure service level agreements are met.
8. Conduct regular audits and reviews of benefits data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
9. Collaborate with finance and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits-related payments and deductions.
10. Serve as a subject matter expert on employee benefits, providing guidance and training to HR colleagues and managers as needed.
11. Maintain confidentiality and security of all employee benefits information.
12. Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations related to employee benefits, including but not limited to HIPAA, ERISA, and ACA.
13. Act as a brand ambassador for ByteDance by promoting our company culture and values, and fostering a positive employee experience through our benefits program.
14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to employee benefits to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
15. Collaborate with the global HR team to share best practices and contribute to the development of a unified global benefits strategy.
