- Collaborate with HR team to assess and improve existing benefits packages and policies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in benefits regulations to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify employee needs and preferences, and make recommendations for new benefits offerings.
- Partner with external vendors and brokers to negotiate cost-effective and comprehensive benefits packages.
- Oversee the implementation and communication of benefits programs to employees.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on benefits-related questions and issues.
- Monitor and analyze benefits usage and costs to make data-driven decisions for future enhancements.
- Ensure accurate and timely administration of benefits, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Collaborate with finance team to manage benefits budget and track expenses.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on all benefits-related matters and provide training to HR team and managers as needed.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes related to benefits administration to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in company-wide projects and initiatives as a representative of the HR team.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including privacy and confidential information.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Strong Understanding Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Employee Benefits.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Benefits Administration, Preferably In A Fast-Paced, High-Growth Environment.
Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Innovative And Cost-Effective Benefits Programs To Attract And Retain Top Talent.
