Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend software solutions for the Customer Service Platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test new features and functionalities.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner, taking ownership of problems and finding effective solutions.
- Optimize and improve existing systems to enhance performance and user experience.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to fellow team members.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in software development to propose new ideas and technologies for the platform.
- Work closely with product managers and designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Document and maintain technical specifications and system documentation.
- Continuously monitor and improve system security, reliability, and scalability.
- Proactively communicate progress, issues, and roadblocks to the team and stakeholders.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by sharing knowledge and mentoring junior team members.
- Adhere to coding standards and best practices, and actively participate in maintaining code quality.
- Follow agile development methodologies and participate in scrum meetings.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Strong Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Java, C++, Or Python.
Knowledge Of Backend Development Frameworks Such As Spring, Django, Or Node.js.
Experience With Database Management And Sql, As Well As Experience With Cloud Computing Platforms Such As Aws Or Azure.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Debug Complex Issues In A Timely Manner.
