  4. Collaborate with product development teams to define and prioritize AI features and capabilities for the customer service platform.
  5. Develop and maintain a roadmap for the AI strategy and product development, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
  6. Communicate and present AI strategy and product updates to key stakeholders and senior management.
  7. Monitor and analyze data and user feedback to continuously improve the AI strategy and product offerings.

  9. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and ethical standards in the development and implementation of AI initiatives.

  12. Manage and allocate resources effectively to support the successful execution of the AI strategy and product roadmap.
