DevOps Consultant, CloudOps

The DevOps Consultant is a key member of our CloudOps team, enabling customers to plan and execute an agile, forward-thinking cloud strategy. Delivering DevOps and Cloud (primarily Google) projects at customers, including customer interactions, technical leadership, understanding customer requirements and delivering outstanding solutions that exceed customer’s expectations. Training customers and serving as their guides on their DevOps transformation journey, teaching them DevOps concepts and mapping DevOps solutions to their needs. Establishing relationships with customers, assisting them with technical solutions and solving problems. Driving customer feedback to internal stakeholders to ensure the best possible customer experience with Burwood’s Google Cloud services. Assist in prioritizing requirements by communicating customer needs and impact. Managing and delivering exceptional operational support to customers, including managing critical issues and escalations. Coordinate and manage numerous activities and priorities in support of the customer and internal process.
