At Burns & McDonnell, we are looking for an outstanding Water Resources Engineer to join our team. Our ideal candidate should be highly motivated, a team player, and have a strong passion for water resources engineering.The successful candidate should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field, with a specialization in water resources engineering. In addition, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of five years of experience in water resources engineering, including design, planning, and construction management experience. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage water resources engineering projects, including the design, planning, and construction management.
  2. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards related to water resources engineering.
  3. Prepare technical reports and other documents related to water resources engineering projects.
  4. Analyze data and prepare technical presentations related to water resources engineering projects.
  5. Monitor and assess the performance of water resources engineering projects, including budget and schedule.
  6. Coordinate with other professionals, such as other engineering disciplines, to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
  7. Research and review engineering principles and techniques related to water resources engineering.
  8. Participate in meetings and collaborate with other professionals to discuss water resources engineering projects.
  9. Stay abreast of changes in the industry and develop innovative solutions to improve water resources engineering projects.
  10. Provide guidance and support to other water resources engineers and project teams.
