Job Description

At Burns & McDonnell, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Water Resources Engineer to join our team. We are searching for a team member that is passionate about water resources engineering and eager to make an impact. In this role, you will use your expertise to provide innovative solutions to challenging projects.The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering (or related field) with emphasis on water resources engineering. We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience in water resources engineering and in-depth knowledge of the principles and practices of hydrology, hydraulics, and water resources engineering. The successful candidate should also have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.If you are a self-starter that is eager to contribute to our mission of providing sustainable water resources engineering solutions, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop innovative water resources engineering solutions to challenging projects.
  2. Utilize principles and practices of hydrology, hydraulics, and water resources engineering.

  5. Ensure sustainable water resources engineering solutions.

  • Professional Engineering (Pe.) License

  • + Years Of Experience In Water Resources Engineering

  • Experience With Autocad And/Or Gis

  • Experience With Water Resources Modeling Software

  • Experience In Stormwater Management

  • Experience In Preparation Of Permit Applications
