
Transportation Planner
Burns & McDonnell is looking for an experienced Transportation Planner to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in developing and executing transportation projects that meet the needs of our clients. As a Transportation Planner, you will be responsible for all aspects of project management, from concept to completion.We are seeking an individual who is organized, possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, and has experience with project management software. You must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Planning, or a related field. A Master's degree in a related field is preferred.If you are a creative problem-solver who is passionate about working on transportation projects, we want you to join our team. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute transportation projects according to client needs • Oversee all aspects of project management from concept to completion • Utilize project management software to successfully manage project timelines and budgets • Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other project stakeholders • Provide creative solutions to transportation-related issues • Collaborate with other team members to ensure successful project completion • Attend client meetings and present progress updates and project deliverables • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in the field of transportation planning
