• Lead and manage the planning and design of transmission projects for clients
• Collaborate with a team of engineers, designers, and technicians to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets and monitor progress to ensure project goals are met
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for transmission projects
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on transmission planning and design
• Identify and address any potential issues or challenges that may arise during the project
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
• Conduct project reviews and provide regular updates to project stakeholders
• Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in transmission planning
