As the Transmission Planning Project Manager, you will play a critical role in the design and implementation of transmission projects across the country. We are looking for a driven individual with a strong background in transmission planning, project management, and leadership.   1. Lead and manage all aspects of transmission planning projects, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources.
  2. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets in accordance with client requirements and company standards.
  3. Oversee the design and implementation of transmission projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Continuously monitor project progress and identify and address any potential issues or risks.
  6. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, ensuring project deliverables meet client expectations.
  7. Foster a culture of safety, innovation, and sustainability within the project team.
  8. Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for future business growth.
  9. Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional growth.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in transmission planning, and incorporate them into project strategies and methodologies.
  11. Collaborate with business development teams to identify and pursue new project opportunities.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting the company's expertise and services.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among team members.
  15. Continuously assess and improve project management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Transmission Planning And Design

  • Project Management Experience, Including Budgeting, Scheduling, And Resource Management

  • Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Nerc And Ferc

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Coordinate And Collaborate With Multiple Stakeholders And Team Members.
