- Lead and manage complex energy projects related to transmission planning, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule, and ensure all project activities are aligned with company standards and client expectations.
- Oversee a team of engineers and other professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and develop innovative solutions to meet their objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments in renewable energy and transmission planning, and apply this knowledge to project strategies.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address potential project challenges.
- Communicate project progress, issues, and changes to stakeholders, both internal and external, in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project budgets and resources, identifying and addressing any variances or issues that may arise.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, open communication, and a commitment to excellence.

Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Transmission Planning And Project Management.
Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations, Including Nerc And Ferc.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Coordinate A Team.
Proficiency In Relevant Software And Tools, Such As Pss/E And Pslf.
