  1. Develop and oversee the execution of transmission projects to ensure they are completed within budget and on time.
  2. Collaborate with a team of professionals to identify project goals and develop strategies for achieving them.
  3. Utilize expertise in electric transmission systems to provide guidance and make informed decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
  4. Lead and manage project teams, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure successful project outcomes.
  5. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to monitor progress and identify potential risks.
  6. Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects.
  7. Communicate project updates and progress to key stakeholders and clients, including presenting project proposals and reports.

  9. Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform project planning and decision-making.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in transmission technology to bring innovative solutions to projects.

  12. Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to foster successful project partnerships.
  13. Manage project budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses to ensure projects remain within budget.
  14. Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure their professional growth and development.
  15. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Transmission Planning And Project Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Transmission System Design And Operation, Including Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Large-Scale Transmission Projects.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Clients.
