- Develop and execute project plans for high-voltage transmission system planning and design projects.
- Lead a team of engineers and technical professionals to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct thorough analyses and studies to identify optimal solutions for client projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative and efficient solutions.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate potential risks, and make necessary adjustments to achieve project goals.
- Communicate project updates and progress to clients and internal stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to transmission planning.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their technical skills and grow their careers.
- Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations.
- Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold our values of integrity, safety, and quality in all interactions.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, With A Focus On Power Systems Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Transmission Planning And Design, Preferably With A Consulting Firm Or Utility Company.
Strong Knowledge Of Transmission System Components, Including Substations, Transformers, Transmission Lines, And Associated Equipment.
Experience In Project Management, Including Leading Teams, Managing Budgets And Schedules, And Coordinating With Multiple Stakeholders.
Proficiency In Industry Software And Tools Such As Pss/E, Pslf, Pscad, And Autocad.
