  1. Lead and oversee all aspects of transmission planning projects for clients, from initial concept to final delivery.
  2. Collaborate with clients, engineers, and team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
  3. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  4. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
  5. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and clients on transmission planning and project management.
  6. Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress.
  7. Monitor and track project expenses, ensuring adherence to budget and identifying areas for cost-saving measures.
  8. Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  9. Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in transmission planning and project management.

Job Qualifications
