- Oversee and manage all aspects of complex transmission planning projects for clients, from initial conception to final delivery
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants, to ensure project objectives are met
- Conduct strategic analysis and provide recommendations to clients on transmission planning solutions
- Lead project meetings and effectively communicate project updates to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project goals are met
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and senior management on project status and results
- Manage and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support to ensure project success and professional growth
- Contribute to the growth and success of the company by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in transmission planning to continuously improve project delivery and client satisfaction.
Professional Engineer (Pe) License Preferred.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Transmission Planning And Project Management.
Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Transmission Planning, Such As Nerc And Ferc Requirements.
