  1. Conduct detailed analysis and evaluation of energy transmission systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  2. Collaborate with team members and clients to develop innovative solutions for complex transmission planning challenges.
  3. Utilize industry knowledge and best practices to develop and implement transmission planning strategies.
  4. Stay current on industry trends and advancements to continuously improve and enhance transmission planning processes.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  6. Prepare and present reports, proposals, and other project deliverables to clients and stakeholders.
  7. Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects within budget and scope.
  8. Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges related to transmission planning projects.
  9. Train and mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
  10. Actively participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative activities to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  11. Represent the company and its values while interacting with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Transmission Planning: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Transmission Planning, Preferably With A Focus On Renewable Energy Integration And Grid Modernization Projects.

  • Strong Technical Background: A Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field Is Required, With A Master's Degree Preferred. The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Power Systems, Transmission Network Analysis, And Modeling Software.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Relevant Industry Standards And Regulations, Including Nerc, Ferc, And Regional Transmission Planning Processes.

  • Project Management Skills: The Position Requires The Ability To Manage Complex Projects And Work With Multiple Stakeholders, Both Internal And External. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Project Management And Be Able To Effectively Communicate And Coordinate With Project Teams.

  • Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills To Identify And Assess Potential Risks And Develop Creative Solutions For Transmission Planning Challenges. Experience With Power Flow Analysis, Contingency Analysis, And Reliability Assessment Is Preferred.
