Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, With A Focus On Power Systems Or Transmission Planning.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Transmission Planning, Preferably In A Consulting Or Utility Environment.
Proficiency In The Use Of Power System Analysis Software, Such As Pss/E, Pslf, Or Pscad.
Understanding Of Relevant Industry Standards And Regulations, Including Nerc, Ferc, And Regional Transmission Planning Processes.
Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Clients And Team Members.
