  1. Design and maintain efficient transmission systems for clients' critical infrastructure projects.
  2. Utilize technical expertise and knowledge of transmission and distribution to support clients' needs.
  3. Develop and implement innovative solutions to overcome challenges in transmission system design and maintenance.
  4. Collaborate with team members and clients to identify project requirements and ensure timely and accurate delivery of project deliverables.
  5. Conduct thorough analysis and evaluations of transmission system designs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to transmission systems.
  7. Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in transmission technology to continuously improve project outcomes.
  8. Participate in meetings and presentations with clients to clearly communicate project progress and provide technical guidance.
  9. Ensure project timelines and budgets are met while maintaining high quality standards.
  10. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success.
  11. Mentor and train junior engineers to develop their technical skills and expertise in transmission systems.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Transmission And Distribution System Design And Analysis.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations, Including Nerc And Ferc Requirements.

  • Proficiency In Using Software Such As Pls-Cadd, Pls-Pole, And Cyme For System Modeling And Analysis.

  • Strong Communication And Project Management Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Team Members And Clients.
