- Design and analyze transmission systems: As a Transmission Engineer, you will be responsible for developing efficient and effective designs for transmission systems. This includes analyzing data, conducting feasibility studies, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage construction and installation: You will be responsible for overseeing the construction and installation of transmission systems, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.
- Solve complex problems: You will be expected to use your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to find solutions to complex issues that may arise during the design, construction, and installation of transmission systems.

Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Transmission Design And Engineering.
Proficiency In Industry Standard Software Such As Pls-Cadd, Pls-Pole, And Autocad.
Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Standards For Transmission Projects, Including Nerc And Ferc Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Both Independently And Collaboratively With A Team.
