Our team is seeking a highly motivated Staff Structural Engineer to join us in delivering exceptional projects for our clients. As a Staff Structural Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from commercial and industrial buildings to bridges and other infrastructure. If you have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering and at least 2 years of experience in structural design, we would love to hear from you.   1. Undertake structural analysis and design tasks, using software and manual methods, for a variety of projects including commercial and industrial buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure.
  2. Collaborate with project team members, including architects, contractors, and clients, to develop and implement innovative and sustainable structural solutions.
  3. Conduct site visits and inspections to assess structural conditions and provide recommendations for repairs or improvements.
  4. Prepare technical reports, calculations, and drawings to accurately communicate design solutions to clients and regulatory agencies.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices in structural engineering and incorporate them into project designs.
  6. Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all work is completed within budget and on schedule.
  7. Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and interns, promoting their professional growth and development within the company.
  8. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to address any design issues or changes throughout the project lifecycle.
  9. Adhere to all relevant codes, standards, and regulations in the design and construction of structures.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and quality in project delivery.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Civil Or Structural Engineering From An Accredited University.

  • Professional Engineer (Pe) Licensure In The State Where The Job Is Located.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Structural Engineering, Preferably In The Design Of Commercial Or Industrial Structures.

  • Proficiency In Structural Design Software Such As Etabs, Sap2000, And Ram Structural System.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Mentor Junior Engineers And Collaborate With Other Disciplines On Multi-Disciplinary Projects.
