- Design and develop site plans and layouts for substation projects.
- Conduct site investigations and assessments to determine project feasibility and requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.
- Utilize technical expertise and knowledge of industry standards and regulations to provide innovative solutions to design challenges.
- Create detailed engineering reports, drawings, and specifications for substation projects.
- Oversee and review the work of junior engineers to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and regulations to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Participate in project meetings and presentations to provide technical expertise and updates.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Prioritize and manage workload efficiently to meet project deadlines.
- Proactively identify and address potential project issues and provide recommendations for solutions.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the company by actively participating in business development efforts.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Bachelor's Degree In Civil Engineering Or Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills.
Professional Engineer (Pe) License.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Site-Civil Engineering For Substation Projects.
Strong Knowledge Of Substation Design, Construction, And Industry Standards.
