- Develop and maintain project schedules, cost estimates, and budgets in accordance with company standards.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying potential issues and taking corrective action as needed.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of project status and financials.
- Analyze project data and provide regular updates and reports to project managers and other stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project controls and overall project performance.
- Ensure compliance with project controls policies and procedures, as well as applicable regulations and standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns.
- Train and mentor junior project controls staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to project controls and incorporate them into project management processes.
- Participate in meetings and discussions related to project planning, execution, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams within the company to share knowledge and expertise.
- Adhere to project budgets and timelines, working to mitigate risks and resolve issues that may arise.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Construction Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Controls, Preferably In The Engineering Or Construction Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Project Management Principles And Methodologies.
Proficiency In Project Controls Software Such As Primavera P6 Or Microsoft Project.
Excellent Analytical, Problem-Solving, And Communication Skills.
